We are honoured by your presence today. I can assure you that your presence here this evening is a source of great motivation and encouragement to the entire school. A very good evening to the members of the board, Principals, distinguished guests, parents, staff and students. It is indeed an honour to be surrounded by so many special people. Your goodwill, appreciation, motivation and support has had a great impact in moulding ourselves and in the growth of this institution.

Reach high, for stars lie hidden in your soul,
Dream deep, for every dream leads the goal.

With a dream and a vision of an inclusive school, this institution was established in 2008. Today we have 1500 students on our rolls. We go by the motto "Pratyek Anmol", every child is special. This is the true essence of inclusion. Our resource centre which caters to differenty abled students has grown steadily and we have been able to successfully include 10 of its students in the mainstream.

The new block has been completed and the Primary and Junior Sections have been shifted to the new Block. A new Computer lab has also been set up in the Junior Block. The school was declared as a centre for the CBSE Board Examinations March 2019. We were also given an opportuinity by CBSE to host the Capacity Building Programme in Economics where teachers from 32 Schools across Dehradun Region participated.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Dhasmana, Dr. Kakkar and Dr. Deepshikha who facilitated the conduct of this camp.

On the occasion of the 150th birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, the staff and students of the school participated in the FIT India Plogging Run. As responsible citizens, the students conducted a campaign from Bhaniyawala to the School, raising awareness about cleanliness and stopping use of single use plastic. In order to guide and make the students aware of different career opportunities available to them after class XII, the school regularly conducts Career Workshops for them.

This year also many workshops were conducted. Teachers training is very important in our endeavour to bring out the best in our students. The school provides every opportunity to the teachers to attend capacity Building Programmes conducted by CBSE so that they are updated with all the changes and learn new strategies and can groom the students accordingly.

I feel privileged to lead such an exciting and vibrant school, which offers great opportunities for the students. A number of inter house events are held each year.
